Law Debenture was appointed as security trustee on a cross border security structure in connection with an issue of secured convertible debt securities by Viatel, the pan European communications company.

Law Debenture will hold the benefit of the security on behalf of the investors in eight different jurisdictions - Belgium, Bermuda, France, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, UK and the USA.
