Law Debenture has been appointed Security Trustee to four senior debt programmes of Sedna Finance Corporation (incorporated in the Cayman Islands) and its US subsidiary Sedna Finance Inc which will enable Sedna to borrow up to US$20 billion by accessing both the European and US domestic markets.

The proceeds will be used to purchase a portfolio of assets which is managed by Citigroup's Alternative Investment Group. Law Debenture acts as security trustee for a number of structured investment vehicles including Beta Finance, Centauri, Dorada, Five Finance, K2, Tango Finance and White Pine.
