Law Debenture was appointed trustee to the £194m commercial mortgage securitisation by Real Estate Capital No. Ltd. which is the first issue from N.M.Rothschild's real estate conduit. The pool of mortgage loans are secured over a portfolio of commercial investment properties in the United Kingdom.
