Ireland EMTN Programme

Law Debenture was delighted to be appointed as trustee to Ireland's existing US $5 billion Euro MTN programme, effective for issues of new Notes issued on and after 28 January, 2004.

The issuer is Ireland acting through the National Treasury Management Agency, which was established in 1990 to manage the national debt for Ireland. This follows on from our appointment as trustee for two H.M. Treasury Note issues: see our News archives.
