We have been appointed as trustee for this important new issue of Euro 374 million 6.45% Loan Participation Notes.

The Notes are issued by Dresdner Bank for the purpose of making a loan to the City of Moscow, acting through the City's Committee of Municipal Debt Securities and Capital Market Development.
