Anglo American EMTN Programme

Law Debenture was appointed as trustee to Anglo American's US$2 billion Euro MTN programme which signed on 13 March, 2003.

This is the second time Law Debenture has been appointed by Anglo-American, havng also acted as trustee on their US$1,100,000,000 convertible bond issue made in April 2002.
