What these Services do

Our development services support the creation of the board’s vision, improvements to its working arrangements, its membership and development actions for individual directors.  We work with the chairman to agree priorities and timelines for the plan; this could take into account for example, annual general meetings and annual re-elections. 

Diverse Coaching

We also set up coaching for individual directors or others needing to know about good board performance and corporate governance. We can provide different types of coaching depending on whether the needs are technical (such as financial or legal knowledge) or behavioural in nature.

Our Bespoke Tools

Are in place in order to support director development and relate directly to boardroom roles and the demands on board directors.  For example, we have a Peer Feedback tool for Non-executive or Independent Directors. 

All our services can be adapted to different types of boards whilst still reflecting the core principles of good governance.
