At Law Debenture we have a rich database of metrics on corporate performance. We regularly survey companies and collect other best practice data.
Our survey reports are kept anonymous so that we maintain confidentiality. However, these reports provide useful guidance on best practice in corporate governance which our clients can use in order to review their own performance.
Main Annual Survey
We will be carrying out our main annual survey in the spring every year ready for many companies’ year-ends and evaluation periods. We also carry out ad-hoc surveys either when we believe a key issue in corporate governance has not been sufficiently addressed or when clients commission work.
