Service of Process - Delaware
Law Debenture’s service as an agent to receive process in legal proceedings is available in Delaware. In addition Law Debenture acts as agent to receive notices on behalf of one of more parties under contracts where an independent person is required for this purpose. Each Law Debenture office has authority to execute service of process documentation on behalf of other group offices if required to overcome time zone issues.
