Service of Process
Law Debenture’s services as an agent to receive process in legal proceedings are also available in Hong Kong. In addition Law Debenture acts as agent to receive notices on behalf of one of more parties under contracts where an independent person is required for this purpose. Each Law Debenture office has authority to execute service of process documentation on behalf of other group offices if required to overcome time zone issues.
