We provide a corporate director, a company secretary and the registered office for Greenwich Hong Kong No. 1 Limited. It is a SPV incorporated in Hong Kong, which act as an asset holding company for Citigroup’s Corporate and Investment Bank Asset Backed Securities Issuance Programme (“CABS Programme”). We also provide book-keeping service and liaise with the auditors/tax representatives of the SPV for the preparation of the statutory accounts and filing of tax return to the Inland Revenue Department of Hong Kong.
