£50 million 8 3/8% First Mortgage Debenture Stock 2040, (to be consolidated and form a single series with the £200 million 8 3/8% First Mortgage Debenture Stock of Peel Land and Property Investments Plc)
We have been appointed as trustee for this new First Mortgage Debenture Stock. The issuer is a member of the Peel Holdings Group with which Law Debenture has a longstanding relationship.
