Law Debenture appointed as security trustee for hydroelectric project
We have been appointed as security trustee in relation to the funding, construction and operation of a new 84MW hydroelectric power generating complex at the New Bong Escape in the state of Axad Jammar and Kashmir in Pakistan. Funding for the project was led by the Asia Development Bank and the Islamic Development Bank. Project Finance magazine has conferred its 'Middle East Renewable Deal of the Year' on the project.
