Law Debenture appointed as trustee for two bond issues
£500 million 6% Bonds due 2034
€650 million 4.875% Bonds due 2020
We have been appointed as trustee for these two new bonds issued under the company's EMTN Programme. The bonds are notable in that the 25 year tranche is the longest dated tobacco deal in the sterling market, whilst the 11 year tranche is the longest dated deal in the euro market.
