Law Debenture appointed as security trustee for new securitisation
Securitisation of trade receivables
We have been appointed as security trustee for this pan European securitisation of trade receivables. ISS Global A/S is one of the world's largest facility service groups, and has its headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. In addition Law Debenture Corporate Services provides corporate services to ISS as receivables purchaser.
