£200 million 5.555% Perpetual Subordinated Bonds
We have been appointed as trustee for these new perpetual subordinated bonds. Co-operative Financial Services Ltd has merged with the Britannia Building Society, and as part of this process Britannia's Perpetual Subordinated Bonds are converted into Perpetual Subordinated Bonds owned by the Co-operative Bank plc.
