Law Debenture appointed as trustee for new note issue
Trust Instrument constituting Commodity Securities. We have been appointed as trustee for this new issue relating to Exchange Traded Commodities. This is the fifth commodities transaction for ETFS - we were appointed as trustee for Gold Bullion (2004), Oil Securities (2005), Exchange Traded Commodities (2006) and Metal Securities (2007).
