Law Debenture appointed as trustee for MTN Programme
USD 100 million Floating Rate Loan Participation Notes due 2009. We have been appointed as trustee for this MTN Programme which utilises a LPN structure. The Notes are guaranteed by JSCB TAS-Kommerzbank, a Ukranian bank.
