Law Debenture appointed as trustee for two perpetual capital securities issues

EUR 500,000,000 Fixed Rate Perpetual Capital Securities
We have been appointed as trustee for these two new perpetual capital securities issues. We have a longstanding relationship with Lloyds TSB as trustee for the bank's EMTN Programme, and a number of other bond issues.
