Law Debenture appointed as security trustee for two new special investment vehicles
US$ 10 billion EMTN Programme and US$ 10 billion US Commercial Paper Programme. We have been appointed as security trustee for each Programme by these new Citibank special investment vehicles. We are trustee for a number of similar vehicles originated by Citibank.
