Law Debenture appointed as trustee for new Portuguese CLO issue
Euro 616,713,000 Classes A-F Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2034. We have been appointed as Common Representative for this new CLO transaction, relating to a portfolio of corporate SME loans originated by Banco Portugues de Negocios SA. The notes are issued by Sagres Sociedad de Titularizacao De Creditos SA. Law Debenture also acts as Common Representative for earlier issues by Sagres, as well as other Portuguese issuers.
