JPY 50 billion Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012. JPY 50 billion Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2014. We have been appointed as trustee and custodian for this dual tranche euroyen convertible bond issue by Toray Industries, a Japanese chemical manufacturing company. The transaction was arranged by Nomura International plc.
