Law Debenture appointed as trustee for new convertible bond issue
JPY 20 billion Zero Convertible Bonds due 2012. We have been appointed as trustee and custodian for this new convertible bond issue. Fin Tech is a Japanese boutique investment bank specialising in structured finance. The bond was arranged by Citigroup Global Markets.
