US$1,500,000,000 floating rate loan participation Notes.
We are very pleased to have been appointed to provide full corporate services for a UK issuing vehicle, TAS Finance Plc, which has established a US$1,500,000,000 floating rate loan participation Note programme established for the purpose of funding loans to Joint Stock Commercial Bank TAS – Kommerzbank of the Ukraine. The first issuance under the programme, being US$100 million was effected on 27 September.
