Granite Mortgages Securitisation - new development.
The latest Granite Mortgages Note issue (the 11th under the Granite Master Trust programme) has been established. We provide the directors and company secretary to Granite Master Issuer Plc and a new funding beneficiary, Granite Finance Funding 2 Limited. This will allow for de-linked issues from the Granite Master Trust programme, the master issuer being able to issue a series of Notes with different ratings and maturities at different times.
