The latest in a series of mortgage securitisations for Northern Rock plc commenced on 21 May 2003. Once again, as in all previous issues, Law Debenture is providing the directors and company secretary to the issuer and two other companies in the transaction. This issue, like the previous five in the series, is organised under a master trust arrangement.
