Company secretarial appointments. We are pleased to have been appointed as company secretary to Infrastructure Investors Limited, and a related entity Infrastructure Investors General Partner LLP. These appointments were earlier in 2004. On 2 July 2004, we were also appointed as company secretary to subsidiaries of Infrastructure Investors Limited, being International Water (Highlands) Limited, International Water (Tay) Limited, IWL Moray Montrose Limited and Lanterndew Limited.
