We provide the directors and company secretary for Box Hill Life Finance Plc and Box Hill Holdings Limited, respectively the issuer and parent in an innovative embedded value securitisation structure by Friends Provident on certain of its life insurance policies. The issuer has issued £380 million, with credit enhancement provided by AAA rated Ambac.
