We were pleased to be appointed to provide corporate services to the issuer, holding company and option company in this securitisation of a pool of seven mortgage loans originated by Citibank International Plc and Citibank, NA. The transaction is secured by a portfolio of nineteen commercial properties located in the UK, primarily in London. In addition, Law Debenture was appointed as bond trustee for this CMBS transaction.
