Lothian securitisation - new development.
The latest Lothian Mortgages Note issue the fifth under the Lothian Master Trust programme was launched via a new issuing vehicle, Lothian Mortgages Master Issuer Plc. The new issuing vehicle will allow for de-linked issues under the Lothian Master Trust programme, the Master Issuer being able to issue a series of Notes with different ratings and maturities at different times. This will facilitate future issues without the need to set up a new SPV issuing vehicle each time.
