At Law Debenture we have long been known for our quality services and for our independence. We have a long history in working for major corporate and government clients in corporate trusts, corporate services, pension trusteeship as well as escrow, service of process and a dedicated whistleblowing and investigations service. We have global reach with offices in the UK, the US and in Hong Kong. Law Debenture Governance Services Limited is one of our newer ventures but continues our traditional independent approach into the field of board effectiveness.
Louise Redmond has joined us from the Bank of England where she was Human Resources Director to lead our work in board effectiveness. She previously held senior roles at GlaxoSmithKline plc including Vice President for Organisation Effectiveness immediately after the GlaxoWellcome and SmithKline Beecham merger. Prior to this Louise was a management consultant at KPMG LLP where she assisted leading private and public sector organisations with restructurings, privatisations and significant reforms. She has worked extensively throughout the US and Europe. Louise is assisted by several experienced board-level advisers from a range of different backgrounds and sectors.
